 Following graduation, Otis attended Haskell Institute in Lawrence,
Kansas. He later served with the U.S. Army 173rd Airborne in
Vietnam, and was honorably discharged in 1969. A Disabled American
Veteran, Otis died of a heart attack and is buried at the Odd
Fellows Cemetery in Ponca City. |
