 Gayle joined the Navy following graduation and served our country
for two years. She and Edwin Bergen were married 34 years and were
the parents of three sons, Eddie, Jimmy and John. She owned and
operated her own day care center in Quanpeco, MD. Gayle loved
singing and was elected as the chapter chairman of her local Sweet
Adeline singing group. She was on her way to practice when she was
killed in an automobile accident. |
